Classic Radio Theater now live

On December 26th, a new chapter of my life began with the inauguration of Classic Radio Theater on the USA Radio Network.

Having been off network radio since 1996 I was nervous since I didn't know if I still had the chops to do it seven days a week.  I guess I worried for nothing as the folks at the network have been so gracious and kind, and the stations seem to like the new shows.

The network is in a major revision of their website, so for those interested, here's the basic information:

Classic Radio Theater

Classic Programming for Adult Radio.

Classic Radio Theater features great radio programs that warmed the hearts of millions for the better part of the 20th century. Host Wyatt Cox brings the best of old radio classics back to life with the passion of a fan for more than half a century. Shows like Jack Benny, Bob Hope, Suspense, Gunsmoke, Fibber McGee and Molly, X Minus One, and many more that decades later still create great entertaining theater of the mind. Classic Radio Theater is keeping America’s love affair with classic radio alive!

  1. I listen to classic radio theater old show programs from midnight to 2am Monday though Friday on KGDC 1320am in Walla Walla, Wa. All last week and again last night, Monday April 18th, the radio show cuts in and out about every two to three seconds so the show can't be listened to. The problem may be from your broadcasting end. It would be nice if the cutting in and out every 2-3 seconds could be fixed and corrected. Thank you

    1. I have contacted KGDC as I hope you would as well. We are hearing nothing as you describe as it comes down the satellite on our station here in Ely. I contacted the station and relayed your message to them. Hopefully things are better now.
